Currently, in our store, we execute orders for cash on delivery up to a maximum amount of 10,000 PLN (only for Poland) gross or prepayment on ordered goods. At our company's headquarters, we accept payments in cash, using a payment terminal and early payment based on a pro-forma invoice.

We sell in the European Union, we can issue a 0% VAT invoice based on a valid EU VAT number. With each sale, the EU VAT number is verified by us. We sell only to companies.
CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CLIENTS FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
In the case of orders from outside the European Union, orders are processed with the help of our customs agency. For detailed information please contact us.
We deliver our parts by DPD courier up to 30 kg of weight, while shipments weighing up to 1,200 kg are carried out with the help of Raben Group. The store currently has a built-in module for the valuation of shipments covering the territory of the European Union. In the absence of automatic valuation, please contact us. We will make for you individual shipping price request.
Each customer of our online store has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail to the address of our online store. The parcel should be properly secured and sent to the following address: Wibako sp.z o.o., Kojszówka 254, 34-231 Juszczyn. The shipment mandatory should contain ( in addition to the product with complete packaging) information about the order number or the invoice. All transport costs related to the return and exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in an unaltered, in complete condition and in their original and intact state.
To exchange the product: Place a new order with a new product for which you want to exchange your product (select payment by bank transfer). Return the goods in accordance with the described return procedure and enter the new order number in the return notes. We will refund the overpayment to the account provided in the return. If there is a need for additional payment, please make it on our account.
